At the reception, I met a gentleman named Ehab who took my comments seriously and provided me with the perfect suite. He even took out a map to explain the city to me and made sure the housekeeping team brought the right pillows to ensure my comfort. This level of care and professionalism made it clear to me that the hotel is managed with excellence and integrity. My stay was truly pleasant — the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and responsive to any unexpected needs a guest might have. I thank them all from the heart. It was a delightful stay, and I genuinely look forward to returning. I wish them continued health and prosperity.

Thanks to Muhammad Resool I was able to see all I had plan to see around Amman (Jerash, Ajlun, Karak, Azrak, etc.). He kept what he had promised. The staff is great and the hotel is located in the quiet embassy district (4 JD from the Down Town area).
