Giulia and Serena took wonderful care of us and all their guests. Our room had all the facilities for a longer stay and the hotel accepted our well behaved toy poodle without complaint. Our request to lengthen our stay was met too.

We had a wonderful stay in the Key Hotel, Vicenza which was our base to explore the Veneto region a bit. Regarding the hotel, everything was great for us. The staff was helpful, friendly and we felt very welcome. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds comfortable and air conditioning worked super well. There was a minibar outside of the rooms. We didn’t use the breakfast and parking options.

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel. We were travelling with a 9 month baby and the room was spacious with fully equiped kitchen. The hotel also provided a baby cot. In the walking distance around the hotel is not much, but is very close to Citadella and 15min away by car to Bassano del Grappo, so you can easily go there and enjoy the cities. The staff is very helpful and kind, we felt very welcome.
