Staff was amazing. Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

I booked the big room at Palazzo Martellini for our family of four mostly because of the location and price. I couldn't be happier w/ our room or the staff. The room is amazing for two reasons 1) size and 2) the original Renaissance era fresco on the ceiling. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had difficulty finding the place (we were driving) and Giorgio was very calm and helpful despite the fact he had to stay late on a Saturday evening. And finally the breakfast was fantastic. The best pastries I've had in Italy.

Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. Great for a family trip. Location is excellent, just across Piazzale Michalengelo with Arno River in between. You can walk along the river, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Uffuzi Gallery, and Duomo. Area is safe and silent, streets towards the center has good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very cozy and authentic. It was clean and cute. Rachele was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

B&B De Biffi is located in the heart of Florence, 200 metres from the cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all public areas. Everything was excellent. Room was spacious and clean, good breakfast was served. Location was convenient to major attractions.

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

Clean and comfortable apartment with with all needed facilities. We spent there 4 nights, and the best was that it is on the edge of ztl zone with garage parking lot so we had no worries about parking. City centre and main attractions are on walkable distance (approx 2 km).

Just 40 metres from Siena’s Piazza del Campo, B&B Il Corso is located on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms. Everything was extremely perfect, great location, room super clean and Pietro was the best host I’ve ever met.
