The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. You can see how careful the owners are with the place, they are always present. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. Great design,beautiful.Staffs are very nice and very helpful.bus stop is only 70m, 15minutes walk to the town. Their spa is very good and comfort.

A true luxury spa best utilized by those interested in more than a whirlpool and sauna though those were quite nice. This spa offers all the latest in treatments and exceptional quality food all provided by professional and courteous staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains and the villa gardens. Situated a short 30 min walk to Merano’s city center we enjoyed our walks into the city and the surrounding hillside. If I had to be critical I’d say the pool temp could have been 1 degree (C) warmer, the steam sauna could have been steamier and maybe add a cold room to the spa. Two nights was too short.

Guests can also enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool.... The family apartment was large and well stocked. We were able to cook meals easily. The hotel was clean, modern, had adequate parking, and was in a great location with beautiful views and a short walk to the center. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were a nice luxury after skiing.
