Just 40 metres from Siena’s Piazza del Campo, B&B Il Corso is located on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms. Pietro was very helpful. He explained a little about the city and was a great host. Congratulations. The room is beautiful and clean, with an excellent location. Being able to leave our bags there on the day of check-out was a plus, as well as the coffee and delicious terrace.

Palazzo Ravizza sits on the edge of one of Siena's steep hills, with a spectacular view over the countryside. Once many years ago I woke up early and saw a full moon rising over the valley. Not this time, but the fall colors were just as magical in their own way, and the room was positively luxurious. A beautiful private garden. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kindhearted.

Villa Nottola is a former noble residence in the countryside of Montepulciano, besides the namesake winery. It offers a sun terrace with swimming pool. The best place we stayed in Tuscany. Beautiful, clean, calm. Nice swimming pool area in an olive tree garden. Great restaurant. Friendly staff.

Hotel Pescille Country House - Tuscany Charme is set in an old farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, 5 minutes' drive from San Gimignano. It offers a large garden with swimming pool, and free parking. You feel the real toscany here the place is very authentic and calm everything was perfect

Only 150 metres from the centre of Pienza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Piccolo Hotel La Valle offers a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Val D'Orcia valley, where you can enjoy breakfast. The view is just simply breath taking, to be able to have your breakfast outdoors overlooking the hills was a major highlight of our trip. A very classic Tuscan hotel, very clean, staff were super friendly and not only was the view incredible, the breakfast itself was far more than we expected with all homemade cakes, croissants etc. it felt like home from home.

Dating back to the 11th century, Leon Bianco is in Piazza della Cisterna, one of San Gimignano’s main squares. During summer, breakfast is served on the quiet, relaxing terrace. Excelente experience of being in the historical town!!! And having the city for your own at night and in the morning!!

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. The gardens are wonderful and the pool is a decent size. The staff were very helpful and everything was well-organised. I was very comfortable in the room and slept well. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station with a bit of uphill and downhill. It's about 25 minutes from the historic centre. It's an oasis of calm on the edge of Siena and I would definitely stay again.
