The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel. One of our two favorite hotels in Sardinia, it is 1/2 block from the ferry landing in the heart of Maddalena. The staff are helpful, friendly, warm, and very competent in addressing a wide range of requests Highly recommended

The property was their family home and built at the turn of the century by their great-grandmother (I believe). If you're looking for an incredible value and an authentically Italian experience, look no further. They maintain their property with love and pride and everyone in town knows and respects them. Their recommendations for dinner were perfection. We look forward to returning!

Sulià House Porto Rotondo, Curio Collection by Hilton is set in Porto Rotondo and features an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Lovely small hotel tucked away on a hill overlooking porto Rotondo . Pool area , restaurant and most of all the staff were all excellent
