Beautiful building with elevator, top floor, nice view and bright rooms. Bigger room, what we expected. Clean and comfortable! The breakfast was also nice, we can't taste everything because of the abundance :) There are also coffee and tea options in the rooms inside plus a small fridge. Luca and the staff is very nice and helpful!

The room was spacious and the bathroom was very big. The location is close to the airport and the train station. The breakfast was ok and delivered to the room in the morning.

The design was beautiful, it was clear that every detail had been thought out in order to give guests maximum comfort. The staff was friendly, informative and attentive - they even made sure to have a vegan croissant for breakfast to suit my dietary restrictions. Breakfast was definitely the best we experienced in tuscany- in terms of variety, taste and aesthetic. Location was perfect. All in all one of our best stays in tuscany!

It is located in a very central and beautiful spot in Pisa. We stayed in a large, spacious, bright, spotlessly clean room. The bathroom was shared but always spotlessly clean and tidy. We were very pleased, we would definitely stay again.
