The place is very authentic and beautiful. We spent only one night and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They accommodated our early check in and we liked the room. It was 4 of us and they gave us a family room that has an additional room with two beds for the kids. Breakfast was amazing and there was a snack throughout the day too.

Helpful staff , I came for Andrea bocelli concert, location of the hotel was great , next to the information center and touristic areas , shuttle bus to the concert was 1 minute away , hotel area is very vibrant which I loved, as a solo woman traveler hotel was in a safe area and secure .

It was lovely to have this relaxing setting to sit outside and book and plan what we were going to do instead. Host went above and beyond for us. Walk took about an hour to the Learning Tower but we enjoyed it.

Also, the owner called for a taxi for us when we needed to go to the airport which was very helpful since we don't speak Italian.

The property is stunningly beautiful and sympathetically decorated: both rooms and bathrooms were an absolute delight. Great location too. I had problems with the cancellation of a flight and the owner was so helpful in providing me with the correct documentation I needed, and helping me to get a taxi. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and the owner really went the extra mile to help us in difficult circumstances. A real gem!

Everything was beautiful about our stay at this gorgeous b&b. I read the reviews before I booked and I can confirm they are accurate. On top of having a stunning property at the heart of Pisa, the owners seemed truly invested in serving our needs in the best way possible. Opening the windows of a spacious, tall-ceiling bedroom to see the narrow streets of the town below and then having delicious freshly-made breakfast in a wonderful little room with a fresco ceiling, gave our trip the Italian vibe we were looking for.

Frederico was amazing — I always appreciate supporting family-run businesses, and you can really feel the personal touch here. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned every single day — something you don’t even see often in many 5-star hotels in Europe! Breakfast was also very good. I recently stayed at an accommodation that had a magnificent location with a spectacular view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
