I booked the big room at Palazzo Martellini for our family of four mostly because of the location and price. I couldn't be happier w/ our room or the staff. The room is amazing for two reasons 1) size and 2) the original Renaissance era fresco on the ceiling. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had difficulty finding the place (we were driving) and Giorgio was very calm and helpful despite the fact he had to stay late on a Saturday evening. And finally the breakfast was fantastic. The best pastries I've had in Italy.

Set in the Chianti hills, this stone guesthouse features an outdoor pool and is located in the rural hamlet of Salvadonica. Booked a dinner and 2 nights here. It was a surprise for my girlfriend and staff helped me with arranging a special night. Beautiful stay at an amazing location. All the staff is very friendly and food / breakfast is really good. Highly recommend this place!

It's an amazing place to stay, a walk away from Florence Center with the shuttle service available. The hotel is located in a beautiful park with sculptures and olive trees which is a perfect place to rest after longer walks in Florence. The staff is more than welcoming and friendly. And the breakfasts were delicious!
