Our room had the most amazing view right over the sea. We were in luck with a fabulous sunset which we could watch from the terrace. We bought some finger food from the local village and a bottle of wine and had a very pleasant evening watch the sun go down. Room was comfortable and clean, good bathroom. Breakfast also served on the terrace was excellent. Our communication with Salvatore was easy and friendly.

Perfectly located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Tropea, this accommodation was our most favourite during out 6 week tour of Italy. We had two rooms and both were super clean, spacious and well appointed. The building itself is an old palace situated on a small piazza off the main drag. The children loved the spa and with a stunning beach (one of the best in Italy) only a short walk away, we were spoilt for choice. The breakfast on the roof top terrace has a stunning view and was a highlight. Saverio was a perfect host and provided us with recommendations on where to go and which travel groups to sight-see with. We were very happy with all of his recommendations. We loved Residenza il Barone and can't wait to get back.

Located in a quiet area 3 km from the city centre, this unique stone building is 10 minutes' drive from Lido Sant'Angelo beach. Rooms offer views of the garden or Ionian Sea. Absolutely everything! It was beautiful, clean, friendly with lots of history. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

This property suited our needs perfectly! The location was convenient, close to the train and ferry plus all downtown Reggio has to offer. The property is very clean and well maintained; it was great having a lift as one in our group has some mobility issues. We enjoyed breakfast made to order every morning on the lovely roof top veranda. Francesco is a wonderful host, very responsive and always pleasant. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A Liberty-style building in the centre of Tropea, a 2-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Villa Vittoria Tropea B&B offers modern rooms, a garden, and free Wi-Fi. Room was very nice and honestly should have cost twice as much (crazy cheap), possibly just because it is off-season. Comfortable bed and great pillows (subjective).

Set in the historic centre of Tropea and a 5-minute walk from the beach, this charming B&B offers bright, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a LED satellite TV. Some rooms boast a balcony. The owners were very kind and hospitable. Great location! Lovely room and breakfast!

Just 200 metres from the beach, the 4-star Piccolo Grand Hotel is located in Pizzo Calabro. It offers elegant rooms with free WiFi and a balcony with town or sea views. Piccolo Grand Hotel is one of my favorite hotels anywhere I have traveled. It's exceptionally well run and beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I hope to stay again some day.

The staff complimentary upgraded us to a better room, and the experience was wonderful. A modern hotel which we appreciated during our travels, and it felt very luxurious. Compared to the prices we paid in other locations, this hotel was so affordable and made for a great stay. Also location so close to the port for ferries, which was very convenient.
