Just 100 metres from Piazza della Repubblica, the Dolce Maria is located in the mediaeval hill town of Cortona. Fantastic location and a very atmospheric little hotel with historic features. A lovely friendly host who made us home made cakes for breakfast.

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. Villa Marsili is a small, cozy boutique hotel where we felt cared for and truly welcome. We had a beautiful, antique-style room equipped with all modern comforts. The breakfasts were exceptional gourmet experiences – everything served was fresh and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the chef’s handmade savory delicacies made from local ingredients. Each evening from 7 to 8 PM, signature cocktails and snacks were offered – greetings to the lovely young man who mixed our drinks! We were able to park our car for free on the street next to the hotel, and a hotel staff member arranged the spot for us. Normally, parking can be difficult during the tourist season, but I believe we would have found a spot a bit further away if necessary, as there are several parking lots around the town and there were spaces available in the evenings. We will miss this hotel and the time we spent in Cortona. We’ve been to Cortona twice before, but this experience and hotel choice surpassed all previous visits. We’ll definitely come back to the same place in the future. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Borgo I Tre Baroni is surrounded by the Casentino Forest National Park, between Florence and Arezzo, 9 km from the town of Poppi. Such a beautiful, special little hotel in the most stunning forest in Tuscany!

Set halfway up the hill separating the Valdarno and Chianti Valleys, Villa Barberino dates back to the 14th-century. It offers landscaped gardens, luxury accommodation, and panoramic views. Gorgeous! Wonderful staff! Large room with lovely bathrooms.

Le Terre dei Cavalieri is a beautiful estate set in countryside 7 km from pretty Cortona containing a well-restored 18th-century farmhouse and villa with their own outdoor pool. So much character and charm. Beautiful setting and yet a quick drive to Cortona. The restaurant was outstanding.

Relais Villa Baldelli is a 17th-century villa, immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside near Cortona. It offers free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. The pool is fabulous. Great walks in the countryside. Very friendly people work there and interesting people stay there. A short drive into Cortona, but plenty of good restaurants without having to drive up into the city.

Hotel San Michele is located inside of one of the oldest buildings of Cortona, the ancient Baldelli Palace, strategically located right in the heart of town. Fantastic location and exceptional personnel at both the reception and breakfast. Very confortable rooms

La Corte Di Ambra is located in Cortona's historical centre. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Elegantly renovated facilities. Room and en suite bath were spacious and traditionally styled. Located right near food, shopping, groceries and sights. Wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, (Sarah’s mom’s Cornettos we’re our favorite of the entire trip!) Family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

Set in Arezzo’s Piazza Grande, La Corte Del Re Suite & Rooms Arezzo is an ancient building that still has some of its original Etruscan and Medieval walls. So kind staff and very cleanly and beautifully rooms. Top location you can see and visit all old city in a 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended!
