The cottage is situated on one of the best place of Bhimtal. You can enjoy the serene beauty in it's most natural way!! The rooms are spacious, clean and gives home like feeling.. it's a 3 storey cottage and all the 3 floors are very well designed by the owner. The caretaker couple takes care of each of your requirements and prepares best of meals. Stay and meals both are very budget friendly. Do try their cutlet with pahadi chutney. The charges are very nominal compare to other places. We stayed in 3 bedroom villa.

good location near the river, basic boutique hotel not to the standards of 4/5 star 'chain hotels' but thats what we opted for. Food was good in the restaurant (only veg options), and their sister restaurant was amazing.

I had an incredible stay at Kinwani House! The art deco design is stunning, and the entire place exudes luxury. The conservatory is lovely for evening drinks. Great for groups or special occasions.

The immaculately designed interiors, equipped with toiletries, clean linens, auto air freshner dispenser, wifi connectivity, smart tv, cutleries, and kitchen accessories, safe, spacious and easy access. The hosts are lovely people, and the locality is posh.
