Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

Located 100 metres from the Zion Square in Jerusalem, Eyal Hotel is opened in 2014 and offers modernly furnished accommodation with free WiFi access. The Great Synagogue is 600 metres away. We love the receptionist Mr. Jamil. He was so helpful and made everything convenient for us. The only problem we had was the aircon in room 512. We asked for assistance I think 4x. It turns off by itself. We had a hard time sleeping because it was hot. Hope you repair the aircon. Over all, everything is great! Shalom

The location is just beyond imagination, right next to Jaffa gates of the old Jerusalem. Internal decorum adds to the atmosphere. The breakfast is healthy and just excellent.
