We celebrated our son's Bar Mitzvah with family and stayed in a few units. Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking! Set just 450 metres from the Damascus Gate, Jerusalem Hotel is an elegant 19th-century Arabic mansion. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a garden, bar and restaurant. Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

The New Imperial is a charming, genuinely old, family-run (multi-generational) hotel. its location is unparalleled as it is inside Jaffa Gate and opposite to the Tower of David. Its rooftop gives an excellent view of the surrounding area. The staff were all charming and very attentive (and got up early to prepare an early breakfast for us).
