The very modern and artistic interiors feature marble floors, stairs and railings. The entire hotel's colour scheme is beautifully done in whites, beiges and maroons, with rich gold detailing. The location is incredible, the hotel is located in the old city of Jerusalem. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Rooms at The American Colony are located in 4 buildings; the Main House, the East House, the Palm House and the Cow Byre. Luxurious and spacious rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV and Italian "Frette" bed linen. The modern bathrooms are equipped with designer amenities. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

We love the receptionist Mr. Jamil. He was so helpful and made everything convenient for us. The only problem we had was the aircon in room 512. We asked for assistance I think 4x. It turns off by itself. We had a hard time sleeping because it was hot. Hope you repair the aircon. Over all, everything is great! Shalom
