Kilkenny exceeded our expectations , and Lyrath Estate made it perfect with its service, environment and gave us a superbly memorable holiday.

Set 300 metres from Kilkenny Castle, Fanad House offers classic-style accommodation with a TV. The property offers free private parking, and free WiFi throughout. It is very well kept. The rooms are spacious, warm and with all the needed amenities. The host is really friendly and breakfast is great. 15 min walk to the city center and right near the castle.

The breakfast was fabulous with a wide array of options. The beds were very comfortable. The bar and music on Friday night was excellent and made for a fun atmosphere. Welcome to Kilkenny House Boutique Hotel! We’ve recently undergone a complete renovation of the property and are excited to welcome guests back to the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cute and the bathroom was amazing. Particularly loved the decor of the breakfast room. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely consider another stay at the Kilkenny House Boutique.
