All the staff from 'Aussie' and her colleagues at the Front Desk to our lovely waitress at breakfast were fantastic. Our huge twin rooms (deluxe) were awesome and the location was great, with only a 200 metre or so walk to nice shopping plaza (with Burger King, KFC etc) which you walk through to the beach pavilion. Hot water, air con and internet all good. Free high quality ala cart breakfast was generous (free fruit platter and juice and coffee or tea for everyone, followed by order of croissants etc, then starters or cereals and then main course. Great value price for the three rooms as well. A shout out and thank you to Booking.Com for making it possible to specifically book twin bed rooms and not the totally useless double or twin option all other sites and even the hotels themselves on their sites offer.

The on-site restaurant serves a selection of authentic Balinese cuisine. Room service is available. Our experience was incredible from beginning to the end. The staff was very welcoming and professional, they showed us in, we received a welcome drink in a beautiful setting and then we were personally shown into our rooms. Our group booked 4 rooms and all of them were new-looking, super clean, had all the facilities needed and incredible terraces with chairs, table and a sofa to chill on and admire the views right from our room. I loved that the windows were at both sides of the room which gave even better views into the stunning area this place is located in. Lush green rice fields everywhere around you. The bed had a mosquito net, and windows had curtains blocking the light if you want to sleep in. The pool was clean and with another beautiful view, the staff even personally brought us pool towels. Food for dinner and breakfast was also delicious. Overall it was a really great experience that we all enjoyed so much. Thank you!

The place and the staff are incredible and super helpful. They upgraded our room for the better one. Breakfasts were delicious too. Super clean every day. Will come back one day 🫶

Kubu Garden Suites & Villas Nusa Dua is a 10-minute walk from The Water Sports and a variety of dining options, while it takes 20 minutes by car if you take the toll road to reach Ngurah Rai International Airport from the property. It was all great. The staff I would say was the best part. Very accommodating and kind.

We liked a lot that everything is green and you are constantly surrounded by nature sounds which was very calming 💚 The room and the bathroom was very spacious and we also enjoyed the pool area with the great view 😊 Also, we recommend the spa as the foot massage that we had was very relaxing 💆🏻‍♀️Speaking about restaurant, it also offers lots of tasty things and the breakfast itself is really nice and big, lots of variety and choice for everyone's taste! The staff is really great, helpful, warm and very welcoming which makes this place unique in Sidemen ❤️ Since it was my boyfriend's birthday, all the staff (reception, restaurant and the housekeeping team) helped to surprise him with some sweet treats and room decorations which was trully amazing!! 😊✨🎂 So I wanted to expresss gratitude and big thank you to this place, it's really amazing and I cannot recommend it more while you are in Sidemen!
