It was very central. Communication with the hosts was excellent. It was easy to get into the apartment with their key system. The bed and apartment was very comfortable.

This hotel epitomises good taste in furnishings and general hospitality. From the moment one enters the Hotel’s court, one senses ‘something good’. The hosts are profoundly welcoming, yet at the same time, totally professional. A wonderful place to recuperate from daily life.

Palatinus Hotel can be found right in the historical centre, close to the symbol of the city, the Tűztorony (Fire Tower) and only 100 metres from the Liszt Ferenc conference hall. The location was close to my destination. The breakfast was fine.

Situated in the heart of the historic town, this hotel, built in 1893, is the oldest in Sopron. It offers a fusion of traditional and modern hospitality. Free WiFi is provided on-site. Beautiful old hotel in the centre, with spacious rooms with a beautiful view over the street, but still very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable, we slept really well. And the breakfast buffet was delicious! The employees are very nice and attentive and they speak English and German too. We booked the room with a seasonal discount, so I don't know if I would pick the same hotel when they are at full price (as stated, it IS an old hotel, so some minor things are not in absolutely perfect shape - though they didn't bother us at all), but overall the experience was great!

Occupying a former monastery, Hotel Klastrom situated right in the historical city center of Győr. Very close to the Historic Center, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and rich and varied breakfast.

The Erhardt Panzió is located in the historic centre of Sopron, 200 metres from the Fire Tower. It offers air-conditioned rooms and private on-site parking. Overall a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is very well located in the city center. The personel is welcoming, the rooms are very clean and warm and the breakfast was nice. I highly reccomend it.

Hotel Civitas is located in Sopron’s city centre, a 10-minute walk away from the train and bus stations and close to the city's medieval monuments and palaces. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms.
