Decorated in Mediterranean style, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the historic Veszprem Castle. It features a grill restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The room was great, well designed, and equipped with everything necessary. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was great. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the 11 am. check out is great.

Situated in the village of Balatongyörök and the Balaton Lake reachable within a 10-minute walk, Villa Astoria offers an outdoor pool, a garden and a terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The Villa looked even better than we expected. The pool was crystal clean, and there was even a massage chair in the wellness area. The garden was very big. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast was nice, the room was cosy, and the whole villa was elegant, clean and of a good ambiance.

The room was a bit hot - no air-conditioning, but they supplied a fan, as well as access to a great-sized terrace. Breakfast was also included in the price. The receptionist was a gem, very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
