Location was really excellent and our room view to mountain was amazing and people were very friendly and recommendation of reception for visiting surrounding area was really useful. We loved everything about this hotel—the location, the views from our balcony, the breakfast, the cleanliness, and the staff. Kastraki is a smaller town than Kalabaka and we were happy with this. We were still able to walk to restaurants in Kastraki from the hotel. We loved the easy accessibility to hiking trails….literally right next to the property.

This monastery-style guesthouse is just 200 metres from Kalampaka centre just behind the small picturesque train station. It offers rustic rooms with free Wi-Fi and panoramic views of Meteora. Excellent welcome. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony & view. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim but the pool looked like it would be very inviting in warmer months! Excellent breakfast with delicious home made bakes. Great location with a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

The partment was spacious, well-equipped, clean, we found everything we needed. And we had a very nice and helpful host. We could see the airplanes landing and flying off :)
