Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. The location of the accommodation was in the perfect area close to restaurants, cafes, and the main centre. George, our host gave us recommendations to restaurants which all were fantastic and places to see on the island and the best way to get there! The room was clean and spacious with great views. Will definitely stay again!

Built in 1843, the Neoclassical Hotel Aktaion Syros is located right on the port of Ermoupolis, within walking distance of the town’s historical centre. This hotel is wonderful, with the perfect combination of old world charm and modern conveniences. The location right on the harbour is perfect. We spent 3 weeks there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was exceptional - very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent. The only drawback was loud music on Saturday nights from a nearby disco, continuing into the early morning hours. Apparently this affects only the rooms at the front, so be sure to either ask about it or bring good earplugs. Also, some of the showers are a bit small, so if you're a larger person, be sure to ask for a room with a larger shower.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located next to the city center and Vaporia beach. The owner was very friendly and made some great recommendations for dinner/drinks/beaches. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect location across from the beach. Staff were welcoming, genuinely friendly and professional. Breakfast on the outside tables was excellent. The hotel was very clean.

Boasting an outdoor pool, Hotel Benois is just 50 metres away from the sandy beach of Galissas in Siros island. It offers a bar and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The Hotel Benois exceeded our expectations. It has a wonderful blend of what we wanted. Comfort, hospitality,great food, facilities, authenticity, charm, it was without doubt the real Greece everyone dreams about. The staff were delightful a special mention to the sweet Albanian girl who we shall miss, the range of cats ( if you like them) is excellent too. Great cleaning staff! Would love to return in the future.
