From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with the genuine warmth of the staff, led by the exceptional Dimitris who not only welcomed us but also graciously ensured our smooth transition to and from the port. The breakfast experience at Hotel Grotta was nothing short of spectacular. An incredible array of homemade pies, desserts, and salads awaited us each morning, leaving us speechless with their exquisite flavors and freshness! The family-run atmosphere curated by Nikoletta and her team made us feel right at home. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist us with local recommendations, whether it was suggesting the best spots to explore or the finest dining establishments to indulge in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met! The hotel's strategic location, just a brief stroll away from Chora, provided us with easy access to Naxos's vibrant atmosphere while offering breathtaking sea views to awaken to each morning. The property is located in the heart of Chora.. just a minute away from the waterfront and 5 min walk to the Port and the Apollo temple. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and ferry offices. A++ for its location. The rooms were spacious and the views were great. Breakfast was good.. but the service at the Breakfast wasn’t that great. The person at the reception was so kind and friendly.
