Boasting a prime location within the castle walls, this century-old restored mansion features a tranquil courtyard and charming accommodation with views over the castle. This hotel is ideally located inside the castle and close to the lake. It is a bit tricky to bring the car inside, but manageable. Rooms are nicely done. Breakfast was excellent and quite unusual. They served sandwiches, wraps, sweet breads, cookies on a large platter for two of us. We could finish only half or so, the rest was packed for us to go. I somehow lost Apple CarPlay connection in our rental car, we being an older couple and technically challenged needed help. The owner, Zois, fixed it for us. Thanks Zois.

Aristi Mountain Resort sits on the highest point of Aristi village, offering views over the Vikos Gorge and the Towers of Papigo. The pool and spa facilities were good. The fireplace was amazing!

Very nice host, comfortable room and bedding. Virginia gave us a lot of suggestions about nearby attractions to visit. The breakfast was delicious.

Housed in a neo-classical building in the centre of Ioannina Town, Hotel Metropolis features elegant accommodation and a stylish bar-restaurant. The scenic Pamvotida Lake is only 300 metres away. We initially decided on this hotel due to its proximity to the city center. It turned out to be a great stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant and most importantly, spotless. There were two available parking locations for anyone traveling by car at two different price levels, both of which were very close to the hotel. The receptionist, Vasilis, was also very helpful and gave us plenty of advice on how to best experience Ioannina.
