Cleanliness of room, brilliant location in London City (a 10min walk to St Pauls, 20mins to Covent Garden), lovely free welcome snacks on arrival which were topped up the following day again. Staff were also very friendly.

There is an on-site gym and bar serving drinks and meals. The property is in the best location ever easily accessible to the train station! Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is complimentary and fresh! I will stay here anytime I visit from the states. The staff made me feel at home, they eased all my fears.
