Very beautiful and stately. Immaculately groomed home with a peaceful garden area. Beautifully landscaped yard. Breakfast was amazing, great, stupendous! The homemade bread deserves special commendation as possibly the best ever baked. Owners Karen and Thomas are most welcoming.

Set in 120 acres of scenic Fife countryside, Kilconquhar Castle Estate features a heated indoor swimming pool and horse riding facilities. I was late to check in and a member of staff called me to make sure I am coming. She left me a key to the room and all the instructions in a safe space, absolutely brilliant. The room was a good size, very comfortable beds as well.

This traditional country house hotel is in quiet countryside in North Glenrothes. It mixes original character with modern comforts, including free Wi-Fi, free parking and flat-screen TVs. The location & facilities were great & the staff were exceptional as was the food. My husband loved the pool & sauna. I was sad to leave today . Met some lovely locals & dogs in the pub in the evenings. Will definitely be back some day
