This Best Western Hotel is located in the historic downtown of Troyes within a pedestrian zone. The property is a former posting office and is decorated with a horse and carriage theme. First when we arrived , the staff was really friendly ; the room was clean . Breakfast side was fine … the only thing is because I am allergic to dust , when going into my room I could feel a lit of it 😟
