The staff were friendly. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was clean and good sized as well. The location was good.

The receptionist Fernando and all the staff were very kind and very professional. They were very fast, helpful and solution oriented. Thank you very much for their support and patience.

We booked this hotel for celebrating our 5th anniversary and our aim was to spend a relaxing weekend. During the check-in, they immediately booked us massages and the termal pool and we felt very welcomed, relaxed and comfortable during the stay.

ELE Enara Boutique Hotel is a design hotel in Valladolid’s Plaza España, 100 metres from the Casa de Cervantes. It is a 19th-century building with an attractive central patio and free Wi-Fi access. The staff were lovely. I liked having a fridge, which seemed to be a rarity in Spain. I loved the water and coffee available in the foyer.
