From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and pleasant receptionist who politely explained everything and answered all our questions. The room was cozy, made with quality materials—it was a real pleasure to stay in. There's air conditioning, which adds to the comfort. Breakfast was a true work of art: a daily variety of delicious, freshly prepared food that never ceased to amaze us. Even the coffee from the machine was high quality, and the homemade pastries were delightful. All of this left us with wonderful memories of our stay. The hotel's design is incredibly authentic and crafted with soul.

The 5-star Sant Francesc Hotel Singular is located in a 19th-century manor house in the beautiful Plaza de Sant Francesc. Beautiful and lovely hotel in Palma. Loved that the house was mixed of old and new and very well designed. So lovely rooftop with nice pool. The food an service at the rooftop was so good. Rooms are very clean, beds are super comfortable! The staff of the hotel was very helpful and served us with a smile en profession. I truly recommend this hotel and hope to be able to return one day.

We truly didn’t want to leave. They made us feel like we were home and look forward to returning. The feeling of warmth from the staff truly moved us. These are people who truly care and you can feel it in every smile and word they share. Thank you Maria and staff, we will definitely be back!
