The owners are amazing and welcoming, great to socialize when eating dinner here. The dinner was amazing too, it looked simple yet was complex and after eating, felt like a mother's healthy home cooked dinner. The accommodation was very good and has this homey feel to it.

Hotel Hamlet is a beautiful and atmospheric boutique hotel full of authentic atmosphere from the 19th century. This hotel has soul. I'm tired of all hotels looking the same and boring. But this hotel is absolutely incredible. I felt like I was in another century. Plus, the bed is incredibly comfortable. I slept better than at home.

This grand 18th-century independent hotel property is next to Kokkedal Golf Club and 19 mi north from Copenhagen. A wonderful place like in a fairy tale! The rooms (in the annex where we stayed) are beautifully crafted, comfortable beds, delicately chosen curtains and bathroom equipment; maybe a little tight if one would wish to spend some time working at the desk. Nice location with beautiful views in nature (mostly domesticated nature of the golf-course). Helpful with parking at the location. The gym looks as beautiful with all classical wooden equipment.
