The location is perfect, right near the train station, so getting around the city was super convenient.

Centrally situated in a quiet side street, this 3-star superior hotel is located between the lively St. Pauli district and the Schanzenviertel district. Everything. Management and personnel were great. Claudia and Zulkani, who I interacted with mostly, were exceptional.

It’s very modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room was equipped with a small kitchen that had all the necessary supplies. The staff was very friendly and even let me check in a bit early since the room was already ready. I especially loved the area. I've stayed in other districts in Hamburg, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with charming houses, lots of greenery, and the lake is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There are also plenty of nice cafés and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend!

This hotel is centrally located in Hamburg. It is next door to the CHH Congress Centre and 600 metres from the Dammtor Train Station. Communication was great. On request they gave us a room with a view of Blanten and Blomen playground. My 5 y old grandson was extremely excited! Breakfast was wonderful. From the beginning to the end of our stay it went very well.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

We have been at this hotel before. Nice rooms with a great size and everything you need. Located in the center of Hamburg or you can say a very short walk to everything. Breakfast buffet is great with many options to choose from. A perfect hotel for a great weekend trip.
