Friendly staff helps to reserve Neuschwanstein tickets. Hotel also offers free snacks in the lobby. We enjoy the stay so much and would love to come back again.

It is less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. self check in is easy and great. the room is large and has a terrace and a bathtub. the terrace is amazing with a view of the castles, and we had the most wonderful experience of watching the full moon raised right after the new swan castle. there are several free parking space which is nice.
