Rare in having an outside-looking window, well protected and double-glazed against noise and for extra security. Staff was wonderful, very attentive, efficient, friendly.

Bucaramanga city centre is 18 minutes’ walk away. room was nice and comfortable, everyone was helpful and used google translate as I dont speak any spanish :) location is great, next to shops, restaurants and some parks
