Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Location the best u can find. Staff Amazing and soo helpful. Ignacia on reception was soo helpful. I left something in the hotel and she went out of her way and found it for me. Great experience. Thankyou ignacia )not sure how to spell her name)

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

Just 100 meters from Baquedano Metro Station, Hostal Río Amazonas offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and TV sets. I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to the Metro station.The room was clean and serviced regularly.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was perfect and really prepared me for the day....What I liked most were the staff-friendly,helpful,welcoming and ultra professional.I want to mention Caroline who handled check-in and helped me a lot during the week I spent there...Also,Ron,Janice,Javiera,Antonia,Fran,Christian,Claudia and Sebastian.The staff helped in so many ways to make my stay so enjoyable.This is a top class Hostal and is definitely worth returning to.....Top marks....10 out of 10.

Matildas Hotel Boutique menawarkan tempat penginapan di dalam sebuah Istana Patrimonial yang diubah suai di Santiago. WiFi disediakan secara percuma. I liked everything. It's a lovely old fashioned and well refurbished building. No elevators due his historical status. Beautiful garden inside. The staff was incredible helpful all the time. Good restaurants at a walking distance.

Featuring free WiFi access, Plaza Huelen offers self-catering accommodations located in Santiago. Cristian is very friendly and provided us with lots of useful local information. The apartment was nice and big so perfect for our group. Great central location. We had a great stay.

Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!
