This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Location of Sarazena is excellent, close to the train station and the Gornergrat railway, and close to the bus that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Express. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The heated ski store room is a major bonus to ensure shi boots are toasty warm and dry the next day. My room was quite large and would be very comfortable for two people.

The ski-in Alpenlodge Superior is located on a sunny slope on the edge of Zermatt, offering panoramic views of the Matterhorn and free access to the wellness area. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the property. What really stood out to me was the reception staff. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. Their efficiency and warm attitude made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed.
