It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

Exceptional value for money. Everything is made from the heart in this hotel, breakfast buffet was healthy and very delicious. Mr. Thor and his wife were very warm, helpful and went out of their way for us to have a great stay. We had a gorgeous room with the beautiful city/Mountain View. Room was excellent size, super clean and super comfy. They helped us with the luggage upon check in and dropped us back to the train station. Couldn’t be more happier in Zermatt. Location is perfect just seconds away from the main shopping street. Thank you very very much

In the centre of Zermatt, Chalet Annelis offers views of the Matterhorn and spacious, self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi. This Appartment Location is good, very convenient, I gotten 2 bedrooms with tv, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom & WC. Very spaces. More like homely feel than Hotel. Heat bar provided, internet, check in quick and provided early check in too. 2 Bedroom’s balcony able to view Matterhorn mountain with golden shine. Will definitely recommended this to my friends. Walking distance to train station between 10-15min. Rolex, watches retails Shops and groceries Surrounding.

Great loction, 1st class customer service from all staff, really unique design and features, breakfast varied and plentiful.

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The breakfast was very good. What I missed where some fresh vegetables. The view was nice as well, although we were accommodated on the other side of Matterhorn, the view was towards the city.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything was perfect. Kindness of the owner and the staff. Very nice room. Very good location to everything: train, bus, shops etc. And the view from the window just amazing 🥰
