The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. Great hotel. It's not cheap, but for Geneva standards is acceptable, especially considering the quality offered. Rooms are great, bar and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face to receive us. Location is the best you can get in a Geneva. It's fancy but not too much. Above all, it's comfortable, and you feel very good here. In conclusion, if you can pay some extra money above a poor quality hotel, I would recommend you experience Bristol. It's been a while since I felt so welcome in a hotel, and I am thankful for that.

Renovated in September 2014, Auberge Communale de Carouge occupies a historic building in the centre of Carouge, 4 km from the centre of Geneva. It offers a restaurant and free WiFi access. Close to the city centre, tram stop right in front of the door, beautiful old building, great breakfast! No AC, but very good fan, it was enough even that outside temperature was 30 C.

Opened in March 2014, Lake Geneva Hotel in Versoix is set on the lake shore and features a restaurant serving traditional and seasonal cuisine, as well as free WiFi access. This hotel is very clean, with an amazing view of Lake Geneva and close to the train station. It’s a great place for a few days of rest.

One of the cleanest Ibis hotels I stayed in. It was also very well situated. We didn’t need to take much transportation to the sights.

Situated in the St Gervais quarter, Hotel des Tourelles offers contemporary rooms in a historic building with free WiFi, coffee and tea making facilities and en-suite bathrooms. The location is perfect. The staffs are nice. Room is small but hey it’s Geneva. Also the room view is good.
