Everything. The staff were so professional in answering queries in advance of my stay and everything was as requested. I have already booked to return again and have recommended it to a friend. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, exceptionally clean, quiet and the air con worked. Breakfast was also really lovely.

I will recommend staying at Lake Geneva Hotel. We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The lake view from the room was so beautiful. The room is spacious and so clean. The staff very friendly & supportive. The hotel environment is so beautiful. Very easy access to the train.

Situated in the St Gervais quarter, Hotel des Tourelles offers contemporary rooms in a historic building with free WiFi, coffee and tea making facilities and en-suite bathrooms. The room is very spacious and clean. It comes with a balcony and multiple windows facing the river where you can get a great view of the city (facing the old town). The staff who works there are probably the friendliest group of people I’ve met on a trip. They recommended me restaurants and cafes to visit and helped with all my needs. Overall, a magnificent experience! Will definitely bring my family over in the future :))
