The smart self-check-in system was very convenient and smooth, saving us time and making the arrival process easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. The workers were really friendly and helpful. They gave us a guest card to use in some busses and activities. And also there were free croissant, tea and coffee.
