Excellent customer service. Maria and Adam are amazing hosts as well as the other guys! Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities. Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. Strongly recommended and will definitely come back. Keep up the outstanding work ☺️.

Hotel Alpina yang dikendalikan oleh keluarga ini berada di tengah-tengah resort Mürren yang bebas kereta. You’ll have an unforgettable, breathtaking view just in front of you, and you’ll never get tired of watching it. The staffs are super friendly, and hardworking. Breakfast is 10/10, served with your preferred hot drink. The location is super nice and Mürren is the loveliest place I’ve been in Switzerland. Overall, the experience was so nice that it will be a lifelong treasure.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Great accommodation with amazing mountain views!

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel staff made us feel like home. If I could stay few more days I could even call the lady in reception “mum”. :)

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Hotel Schönegg is a 3-star superior hotel located right in the centre of car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train. A superb Hotel in a perfect location. ALL staff were helpful and friendly. The view from our room was beautiful.

The 4-Star Hotel Victoria is situated 100 metres from the railway station in Meiringen. It features a large garden terrace and offers free entry to the Fitness and Wellness Centre in Meiringen. The hotel staff (and gifts) made us feel very welcome. The design was luxurious, we had everything we needed after a long day of trekking and the breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland!

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. We wholeheartedly thank the Grandhotel Giessbach team, and especially Kris, for this amazing experience. Hoping to see you again soon!

Dibina pada tahun 1881, Hotel Alpenrose yang dikendalikan oleh keluarga ini adalah hotel tertua di Wengen bebas kereta yang hanya boleh dicapai dengan menaiki kereta api. The apartment reserved for my family is super spacious. The mountain and valley view from balcony is splendid. We were impressed by the hospitality from the hotel, including staff’s enthusiasm, wonderful breakfast, classic dinner services with very reasonable cost. The shuttle services was really a big help for elderly people although it was only 5 minutes by walk to the railway station.
