Reception staff made us a cappuccino on arrival as we were early for check in. Staff were excellent. Young lady at reception made us a cappuccino one night when sitting at a front table. So thoughtful very friendly. Very clean room.

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. Location was perfect for enjoying Fasnacht!

Beds and pillows are really comfy.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. Rooms are big and clean. Tourist card issued by the hotel was useful.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. Great location. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Good range of choice at breakfast. City pass covered tram use and 50% discount at the Kunstmuseum Basel. Highly recommended.

Hotel Krafft Basel dan restoran boleh ditemui di tengah-tengah bandar, betul-betul di tebing sungai Rhine dengan persiaran gaya Mediterranean. Enjoyed staying here, it was very practical having the tramway direct to where I was going during my stay.
