Received a surprise free room upgrade to a loft, the room was amazing, with a large terrace. Bathroom was modern and spacious, with a separate shower and bathtub. Would definitely return here next time in Basel.

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. Rooms are big, nice, clean and comfortable

The staff was incredible and very helpful. Sebastian helped us and was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet even though it is on a Main Street. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. Lovely hotel close to the center and to the train station. Clean, tidy, spacious rooms :) Breakfast was very good and even allowed me to enter before the opening hours. Would highly recommend

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. Great location, nice rooms, large shower, warm, quality beds and bedding, friendly staff, nice bar area.

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. Great experience. Far better than we had in Mulhouse on our stop to Colmar. Basel and this hotel in contrast were wonderfully organized and welcoming. Only problem that i had was the noise of the trams right under our window but not enough to hinder our sleep after a tiring day of exploring the city.
