I can start by saying that the property is stunning, a true postcard. When we arrived Terto made us feel at home and while checking us in we were served some delicious caipirinha. The hotel is very unique with tasteful decor, and exceptional cleanliness, the location is perfect, steps away from the beach and a 5-minute walk to Rua das Pedras where you can find everything from beautiful restaurants, boutiques, and souvenir shops. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom and stunning views of Praia do Canto. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, à la carte service with a variety of typical Brazilian cuisine, and at the front desk you can book wonderful day trips and other services. So I can wait to come back because Villa Bela-Emilia became my home away from home and their staff Pricilla, Terto, Pedro, Guilherme, Thiago, Claudia, Suani, Cauã, Fabiana, Rodrigo, Thiago 2 and Luciana became part of my family!

The staff and the owner Rolf are great as well :) Simply perfect. We would definitely come back! Ask for a Caipirinha!! These were the best we had during our 2 weeks in Brazil. & Yes it is steep, but Uber is available and they also have a shuttle once a day from the beach up to the hotel.
