Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. Amazing hotel, so far the best accomodation on our cycling trip. It's very relaxing, clean, misterious and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. Really didn't want to leave.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. Great hotel room with a beautiful view. The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.

It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. The staff was amazing and professional and very helpful. A spacious room with all the facilities. Really recommend!!

A traditional Viennese-style café in a 16th-century building in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Melk, Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten is only 500 metres from Melk Abbey. Great experience and special thanks to Ruxi for the warm welcome, kindness and hospitality. Even though there were festivities in the city center, the location was very quiet.
