Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. Amazing hotel, so far the best accomodation on our cycling trip. It's very relaxing, clean, misterious and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. Really didn't want to leave.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!

It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. We stayed in this hotel on a short cycling trip along the Danube. Their main business seems to be the restaurant, which by the way serves good dinner and ice-cream! The rooms are on the 2nd floor and despite the busy restaurant below, we slept well. And they obviously knew how to set up a good breakfast buffet!

Located 600 metres below Melk Abbey, which belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage, Hotel Stadt Melk offers free WiFi and parking, and newspapers. Location, location, location, excellent staff and two of the best every the bike storage area and greatest of all they will do your laundry for a small charge and return it next day cleaned and folded!!!!!!!!

Directly connected to the Römertherme Spa via a private covered pathway, Das Gutenbrunn Thermen & Sporthotel is a protected historic building that was once a residence of Beethoven. very good breakfast, good price / value
