What’s not to like? The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options. The room was clean and ready, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. I was pleasantly upgraded from a Junior Suite to a One-Bedroom Suite, which was more spacious; along with access to Club Rotana lounge which provides some delicious treats, food, and drinks. My baby twins absolutely loved it; they had plenty of room to roam around freely and enjoy themselves. Thank you!

The highlight was the breathtaking view of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made my stay truly special. The staff were attentive, extremely polite, and always smiling. Their warm attitude and professionalism made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Overall, everything was perfect – from the cleanliness to the service and the view. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.
