The property and the team are simply fantastic. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering incredible value for its price. It’s centrally located with a large swimming pool, and even though there are a few bars, the atmosphere remains quiet, peaceful, and very safe. This is my second visit, and it certainly won’t be my last. In this area, it’s the best value for money. I’m super happy with the staff, the place, and the peaceful atmosphere. I’d like to highlight a few staff members for their outstanding hospitality. Mr.Mohamed, the front office manager during check-in, and Kareem were very helpful and friendly. They gave us several room options and even allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready, which we appreciated. The concierge, Kushbir, was also attentive and kind. Though I forgot the name of our housekeeping attendant, he was very pleasant. The lifeguard on the rooftop was great too. Big thanks to Mr. Yazid, the manager on check-out, for allowing us a late check-out as I needed 2 hours more. Thank you to everyone for making this stay so wonderful!
