It was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The hotel it's a gem💎 in this wonderful place. It's a first time we have visit the abano terme and we will definitely keep it in mind for the next times as a stop before returning to our country. Everyone on the stuff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful. Of all the hotels across Europe we have been, it was the only one that made us feel as comfortable as at home. Well done to all of you, it was a pleasure to meet you!! Very clean hotel and room, amazing pool with hot thermal water, fantastic and very high quality breakfast! Me, my husband and our small dog had a great time in Le camp suite & spa. The location was amazing, we explored the city on foot without exception. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff was very kind and tried hard to meet all our needs. The spa experience was really nice and relaxing, as it is in a 'private formula' so we had the place all to ourselves.

The location was perfect. It was just 5 minutes away from the Basilica which was the main reason for choosing the accommodation. The room was lovely with a personal touch. Breakfast was not included in the package we chose.

The staff at M14 were exceptional. Super friendly and always had good recommendations for places to eat. Our rooms were newly renovated and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. As well the location was perfect, only a short walk from the tram station which came direct from the train station. Close to shops, restaurants and other attractions. I would stay at M14 again without question.
