We are satisfied with the all hotel staff especially with Mr. K Surhasdhan. He was so accomodating and helpful. With regards to amenities it was so great! Our room was spacious with good lighting, the toilet will make you feel comfortable and very sexy. In addition, down from shoe polisher, extra pillows, everything was available. I highly recommend this hotel. We are glad that we had our stay with Vivanta! Lastly, the buffet breakfast served array of Asian, Indian, mideterrean foods, which are excellent.

Spent a night here after our flight was delayed. Great hotel, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the Jubilee Hills breweries so had a last bonus night out in Hyderabad. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Exactly what you would expect from Park Hyatt brand, and would use again if returning to Hyderabad.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized.
