The service was really good and quick. Everyone was friendly room was small but it was really cosy. Went with the fiancé and he loved it deffo coming back again.

Very friendly staff and all the facilities were kept very clean. I found it good value for money compared to other hotels in Derby but it might not have been such a good deal if I hadn’t got a booking.com genius discount.

This place is fabulous, we stayed in Oak for 2 nights whilst visiting friends. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, from a super comfy huge bed, home made granola, chocolate brownies on arrival. The outside space is also beautiful but as it's November didn't get the opportunity to use. Thanks to Dan the owner, really helpful and friendly, we will be back.
