We were met with a very friendly and helpful reception. We enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast that were served in front of an open log fire. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant view. Parking is in the large driveway in front of the chateau and the wifi works well. A charming location. We will return.

The staff were helpful and on arrival took the effort to provide as much information that I may need. They gave me a pictorial map of Lourdes. The hotel is very near (2 min walk) to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes.

The Best Western Beausejour is located opposite the train station in the centre of Lourdes, close to the Sanctuary. It offers rooms with views over the Pyrénées and free Wi-Fi internet access.

Great, hardworking, organised staff. Immaculately clean hotel. Quiet. Everything functions perfectly. Good food (dinner and buffet breakfast).

Breakfast was a great spread of options - all available as a buffet and more than enough to suit all options. The staff were great - I have not been here for about 9 years - but they recognised me immediately (before I even mentioned my name) - and gave me a great welcome that made me feel at home straight away.
